Return Policy

  • If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return via E-Mail /Contact Us form by quoting the following details:

  • We will revert to your email with the shipping address that you have to send the package to.
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the package. You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Please don’t forget to mention your contact details and Order number while sending it back to us.
  • We’ll start processing your refund as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouse and we’ve checked its quality.
    Used, Soiled, or damaged items (example: Sweat, makeup transfers, Perfume smells) are not eligible for returns.
  • The whole refund process will take about 7-10 working days from the time you request it. The refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
  • Please note the COD charges are Non-Refundable
