Exchange and cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Prepaid/COD orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
The refund will be processed through the same mode (e.g. credit card, bank transfer) within 7-10 working days.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for all orders.
•The product should be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn to qualify for an exchange.
• The Packing should be intact.
• Customer can email to support@neonstreet.co.in (OR) Fill the Contact Us form quoting the reason for the exchange.

Reason for the Exchange:-
• We will raise reverse pickup. Please make sure to neatly pack the product and also ensure to furnish the required details like Order number, customer name inside the package.
• For COD orders, COD charges are non-refundable.

Store Credits:

• Store credits will be issued within 2 working days after inspection of the product.
• Store credits can be used to purchase any product on the website. No conditions whatsoever!

Price Difference in Exchanges:

• If the new item is priced higher than the original, the customer must pay the difference via a prepaid method.

Customer Responsibility:

• If the exchange request is not raised within 7days from the date of delivery, the order cannot be exchanged.
Limits on Exchanges:
• An order can be exchanged only once. Return of an already exchanged product is also not allowed.

Exchange Denial Conditions:

• Used, Soiled, or damaged items (example: Sweat, makeup transfers, Perfume smells) are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges may also be denied if the customer uses abusive language.

Stained or Damaged Returns (by Customer):

• If a product received during the exchange is stained or damaged, 50% of the product value will be deducted from the issued Store Credits.
